Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority. We have listened to feedback that many of your customers do not want a receipt and that printing one each time can be a waste of time and paper for many merchants.
You have the option to print just the Merchant Receipt or to display a prompt on screen for your customers to choose if they want a receipt printed.
If you would like to turn off customer receipts, just follow the instructions below:
- Press Menu
- Press 7 for Miscellaneous
- Press 3 for Printer Options
- Press 1 for Printer Type
- Select Single (merchant) or Dual (merchant and customer) receipts
- Press the Cancel key to return to the idle screen
