Save time and paper with this handy tip on EFTPOS receipts

Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority. We have listened to feedback that many of your customers do not want a receipt and that printing one each time can be a waste of time and paper for many merchants.

You have the option to print just the Merchant Receipt or to display a prompt on screen for your customers to choose if they want a receipt printed.

If you would like to turn off customer receipts, just follow the instructions below:

  • Press Menu
  • Press 7 for Miscellaneous
  • Press 3 for Printer Options
  • Press 1 for Printer Type
  • Select Single (merchant) or Dual (merchant and customer) receipts
  • Press the Cancel key to return to the idle screen
