Performing a Refund (Android)

  1. Change Transaction Type to Refund
  2. Enter the refund amount on the screen

  3. Press ‘Continue’ when you are ready to proceed with the refund
  4. Enter the refund password (You will need to get this from Smartpay)

Smart Tip:

  • A refund can only be performed with the same payment method.
  • To get your refund password, call our support team at 1800 433 876.
