If you’d like to accept MOTO transactions, you’ll need to request for this function by emailing us at merchantservices@smartpay.com.au. We will then email a MOTO application form to you to complete.
To complete the MOTO application, you will be required to provide the following:
- MOTO Application Form – Completed and Signed
- Business Bank Statement (dated within the past 90 days)
Following this, you will receive an email with the next steps to complete your MOTO application.
