How it Works

Be rewarded when you refer new businesses to us. We’re offering $500 for every referral you send our way that signs up to Smartpay!

Referrals must be made via the form above or your unique URL (sent via Smartpay communications) in order to be attributed.
The referred merchant must not be an existing Smartpay customer.
Referrals through this program can only be made by active Smartpay customers. If you're not yet a customer, click here to get started.
The referred merchant must transact within the first month of signing up with Smartpay, processing adequate transactions.
The referring and referred merchants must have different ABNs.
The $500 reward is per merchant (not per site) and will be dispatched after a month of the referred joining with an acceptable volume of transactions.
The $500 referral bonus period is to 31 May 2025. This amount is normally $100 per referral. Smartpay reserves the right to alter the referral bonus amount at its discretion at any time.
Any referral and/or cashback bonuses will be deposited into the merchant's bank account listed with Smartpay.

To enter the draw, you must be an existing and transacting Smartpay merchant.
One entry into the $2,000 draw will be given to the referrer for every approved merchant agreement.
There is only one (1) prize winner per monthly draw.
The standard $2,000 prize will be drawn during the first week after each month.
The winner/s will be contacted via phone and/or email and will be announced in Smartpay's quarterly newsletter and/or any refer a friend communications.
By entering the draw, the Winner/s will agree to answer our Q+As about the win and be featured on the Smartpay website. Failure to do so will amount to a forfeiture of the $2,000 prize, and a redraw will occur.
If your Smartpay merchant facility is cancelled during the month or due to a breach of the Smartpay T&Cs, you will not be eligible to enter the draw.
The ambassador prize will be deposited into the merchant bank account listed with Smartpay.
