Printer/Paper Roll Issues

Having an issue with your Android terminal printing receipts properly? Follow these steps to check:

  • If the paper is jamming, open up the machine to check that the roller moves freely. If not, contact Smartpay for a replacement. 
  • If the paper/receipt is printing blank and/or the ink has faded:
    • Clean printer head with dry tissue paper
    • Try another paper roll
    • Make sure to pull some paper through, as the start of the roll can be faded
