Receipt Settings

To Access Receipt Auto Print Options:

1. Tap on the 3-line/Hamburger ☰ icon for a dropdown menu of options
2. Tap on ‘Merchant Menu’ to display a selection of options
3. Tap on ‘Custom Settings’
4. Turn receipt options on/off by swiping the toggle switch to the right .

Smart Tips:

• If you want to turn off automatically printing a merchant receipt, toggle that option off. This could be a good way to reduce the number of paper rolls you need!
• ‘Prompt Customer’ is set to timeout in 6 seconds by default i.e. 6 seconds for you to offer customers a printed receipt.
• If you are unable to print the receipt before the prompt times out, you may print it from ‘Reprint Receipt’. 

To Reprint Receipt:

1. Tap on the ‘3-line/Hamburger’ ☰ icon for a dropdown menu of options.
2. Tap on ‘Reprint Receipt’. 
3. Alternatively, you may tap on Reprint Receipts within the ‘Merchant Menu’.
