Our Engineering and IT teams utilise their extensive experience within their fields to support and improve our payment solutions at Smartpay. The team consists of engineers, architects, developers and more.
Smartpay’s Operations team enables smooth operations across many different teams within the company. They ensure that our customers receive their EFTPOS solutions as quick as possible so that they can hit the ground running. Within the Operations division, we have the Merchant Onboarding, Service Delivery, Project Management and Fleet Management teams, just to name a few.
At Smartpay, awesome customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. The purpose of our Merchant Assist and Contact Centre teams is to be the central hub and contact point for our merchants, answering and resolving any queries they may have, so they can get back to business!
Our People & Performance function is accountable for all Human Resource operations. They are responsible for coaching and supporting individuals and teams within our business while sourcing and implementing new programs and initiatives to ensure Smartpay is a great place to work with a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The Sales department at Smartpay is made up of Payment Specialists who work with businesses from their initial enquiry through to their terminal delivery. The core purpose of this team is to help businesses get a better deal on their EFTPOS. Our team is professional, approachable and knowledgeable in their field of work.
The Marketing team, like all other teams, is central to our business success. The team is tasked with building brand awareness, promoting Smartpay’s EFTPOS solutions through various marketing and advertising campaigns as well as engaging and educating our customers on key industry trends to assist in managing their business for success.
The Finance team is an integral partner to the business. The teams work closely with all other departments to align financial goals and ensure financial information is accurate and consistent. The team consists of experts within their field, from accounts payable/receivable, payroll, accountants and more.
