Our Teams

Engineering / Tech

Our Technology team spans across a wild array of areas of expertise, including IT, Engineering, Digital Product, Cloud and Architecture. Our team utilises their extensive experience within their fields to support and improve our payment solutions at Smartpay. The team consists of engineers, architects, developers and more.

Operations

Smartpay’s Operations team enables smooth operations across many different teams within the company, spanning across Logistics and Special Projects . They ensure that our customers receive their EFTPOS solutions as quick as possible so that they can hit the ground running. Within the Operations division, we have the Project Management and Fleet Management teams, just to name a few.

Customer

At Smartpay, awesome customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. The purpose of our Customer team is to be the central hub and contact point for our merchants, answering and resolving any queries they may have, so they can get back to business! Our Customer team includes Contact Centre, Merchant Assist, Retention, Onboarding and Service Delivery team members.

People & Performance

Our People & Performance function is accountable for all Human Resource operations. They are responsible for coaching and supporting individuals and teams within our business while sourcing and implementing new programs and initiatives to ensure Smartpay is a great place to work with a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Sales

The Sales department at Smartpay is made up of Payment Specialists who work with businesses from their initial enquiry through to their terminal delivery. The core purpose of this team is to help businesses get a better deal on their EFTPOS. Our team is professional, approachable and knowledgeable in their field of work.

Marketing

The Marketing team, like all other teams, is central to our business success. The team is tasked with building brand awareness, promoting Smartpay’s EFTPOS solutions through various marketing and advertising campaigns as well as engaging and educating our customers on key industry trends to assist in managing their business for success.

Finance & Compliance

The Finance & Compliance team is an integral partner to the business. The team works closely with all other departments to align financial goals and ensure financial information is accurate and consistent as well as ensure that we remain compliant and protect our customers' data. The team consists of experts within their field, from accounts payable/receivable, payroll, accountants, compliance officers and more.
