To change paper rolls, lift gently on the top of the terminal, using the little grips on the left and right side of the terminal. Remove any old paper rolls or debris. Ensure the printer roller on the lid spins freely and easily.
Place the new paper roll into the printer area, ensuring the sensitive side is close to the screen. The sensitive side of the printer paper is the one that marks easily with a coin. Please make sure to use only 57×40 thermal printer paper. You can buy paper rolls from our website here.
