If you are receiving a replacement terminal from us, we kindly ask that you send back your original EFTPOS machine. To do so, just follow these steps:
1. In the box for your new terminal, you will have received a Return Courier Label (RCL) satchel. Please use this to package your old Smartpay terminal to send to us.
2. Put the terminal in the original box, or a similar one, to keep it protected (any damage will be your accountability).
3. Put the box in the RCL and drop this off to the nearest Australian Post office or post box.
