SmartPay is amazing. It saves my business a lot of money, my customers don't mind that we use SmartPay either. Onboarding went smooth, the customer service is awesome, my account manager is Samantha and she is AMAZING! I ask her that many obscure questions and she just nails it. Absolute legend.

I haven't had customer service like this in years. I was looking for a portable payment system - my useless bank still hasn't responded after 2 weeks (Thanks ANZ) but I visited another business and I had to pay on his eftpos machine so I asked him about his machine (which was Smartpay) and he was rapt - so I came home and called. I nearly fell off my chair when the answered straight away, I had been allocated a case manager (Tim Dobson) within 10mins and away we went. We did have a few hoops to jump through (from my end as I am a new business) over a couple of days but Tim was patient, obviously experienced and by late Wednesday arvo all approved - and the machine arrived in Melbourne from Sydney on Friday morning. Now - I'm a mature aged person so I called tech support to make sure I was doing it right - and they answered straight away - and within a few minutes I was good to go. You know when you battle away with something and then you get to the right person/company and it's so easy you almost can't get your head around it. Honestly - this is the difference between speaking to someone direct and only being able to contact some via email. I cannot recommend SMARTPAY enough.As for ANZ/Stripe/Square (2 weeks and zip from any of them) - thanks for nuthin!!
We are new customers to Smart Pay and so far have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Customers are generally not bothered with small commission. Best part is having an accounts manager - Charles, who has been a great support and responsive to all of our concerns. Highly recommend this service.
