What to Do: Lost or Stolen Terminal

If your terminal is lost or stolen, please call us immediately to protect yours and your customer’s information.

When we are notified of a lost or stolen terminal, the terminal will be blacklisted and cannot be used on the network. Please note there is a charge for lost or stolen terminals.

The sooner we are notified about a lost or stolen terminal, the sooner we can send you a replacement terminal to get you transacting again.
