What to do: Broken or Damaged Terminal

We get it. You can be as careful as you can, but things still do happen. If your Smartpay Android terminal is broken or damaged, call Smartpay’s friendly Help Centre Team.

The team will perform a series of tests to ensure there isn’t a problem with the settings. If it turns out that the terminal is actually faulty or damaged, we will send you a new terminal (free of charge).

Make sure to have the damaged/broken terminal’s serial number ready to ensure we replace the correct machine.
