Congratulations on the win! Tell us a bit about your business, Janan Shoes.
I opened Janan Shoes about 7 years ago , being a small business owner comes with a lot of challenges but I’m glad I started. It’s taught me a lot about business and being a business owner.
Why did you decide to make the switch and join Smartpay?
I joined Smartpay last year and honestly, I’ve tried many different EFTPOS services but Smartpay has been the best. From their services to their equipment, it’s another level compared to other companies. I’ll continue to be with Smartpay.
What made you recommend Smartpay and make the referral to another business?
I refer Smartpay alot as it’s genuinely made managing my business easier. We’ve had trouble with other places before, but with Smartpay it’s been exceptional. Service is such an important factor and Smartpay is definitely the best and has made it easy for us business owners.

I’m very grateful. I think a lot of business owners know it hasn’t been that easy recently and for Smartpay to have this incentive, thank you Smartpay!

Congratulations on the win! Tell us a bit about your business, Al-Sayed Restaurant & Cafe.
My name is Ravan and I took over the business in July of 2019. The first few years were tough. But, after setting up the right system, connecting with the right supplier and building a network of great customers, we saw great success in our business.
Why did you decide to make the switch and join Smartpay?
We originally joined Smartpay in November 2024 when we purchased our second location. It only took a few more months and we switched over our original location aswell. We initially joined Smartpay when we were recommended by a great friend.
What made you recommend Smartpay and make the referral to another business?
The fees are minimal and it's very easy to use.

It feesl great! The money will most likely go back into the business.

My name is Abbas, and I have been running Northmead Tabacconist for about two years. We provide a range of tobacco products and accessories. We take pride in providing great customer service to our community.
Why did you decide to make the switch and join Smartpay?
I switched to Smartpay because of their excellent customer service and speed of transactions. It makes my daily business operations smoother and more efficient, which is very important for a busy store like mine.
What made you recommend Smartpay and make the referral to another business?
I recommended Smartpay because I wanted to share the benefits I was receiving by having Smartpay as my EFTPOS provider. It's important for small businesses to be efficient and successful with the help of a reliable EFTPOS partner and I believe Smartpay helps with that.

I feel very happy, excited and super grateful! I have referred so many businesses to Smartpay, and winning this draw feels great. I plan to use the prize both for myself and mostly to invest back into my business.
