Put simply, we help merchants accept card payments through our portable EFTPOS machine and simplify the process as much as possible, backed by local 24/7, 365-day expert support.
Our most popular EFTPOS solution, Zero Cost™ EFTPOS, is a no-fee EFTPOS product that passes on a small surcharge to the customer, completely covering your merchant service fees and monthly terminal rental if you transact more than $10,000 per month. We also offer a Simple Flat Rate solution if you choose to absorb merchant fees.

Step 1 - Getting started with Smartpay
Ready to start saving on EFTPOS fees? Perfect! We are here to make the switch to Smartpay as seamless as possible.

Step 2 - Choosing the perfect solution
We understand that no two businesses are the same, which is why we offer two solutions that merchants can choose from:
Zero Cost™ EFTPOS Plan
Exactly as its name states – it’s Zero Cost™ EFTPOS! This is our most popular solution, trusted by thousands of merchants across Australia. If you are a business that transacts more than $10,000 per month on card transactions, we can completely eliminate your merchant service fees and monthly terminal rental.
We understand some months may be slower than others – if you transact less than $10,000, there is a small terminal rental fee of just $34.95+ GST.

Simple Flat Rate Plan
Our Simple Flat Rate plan means no nasty surprises or bill shock at the end of the month. After connecting with a Payment Specialist, you will be given an industry-tailored flat fee for all Visa, Mastercard, Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions.
A customer comes in and wants to pay with a platinum frequent flyer card? No problem – enjoy one Simple Flat Rate, and predictable monthly transaction fees.

Step 3 - Completing an application
Once you’ve decided on the perfect EFTPOS solution for your business, a Payment Specialist will walk you through a quick application over the phone. They’ll also let you know of any further documentation needed to get started.
Once approved, we’ll deliver the terminal to your door! This process is easy and end-to-end and can take as little as a week to move through.
Step 4 - Start transacting!
You’ll receive your Smartpay Starter Kit, including a step-by-step guide on how to set up your Smartpay EFTPOS machine.
Our terminals are built to be user-friendly and Plug & Play. Of course, if you are having any trouble and would like more guidance, you can always call our local support team on 1800 433 876.
You are now ready to start taking payments! Simply punch in the amount on the terminal the customer needs to pay, and the surcharge is calculated automatically for you. You will receive the full amount of every transaction next business day, settled into a business bank account of your choosing.
