Basic Trouble shooting for Transmission Error / Offline issues:
For all Terminals, 1st perform a Log-On – Menu, Administration Menu, Log-On
If unsuccessful, try the following:
Is your internet connection working?
Check whether other devices have access to the internet
Is your terminal able to access the internet?
From your EFTPOS idle screen, press MENU and select MANUAL LOGON
Is your terminal connecting to the Cuscal network?
If you can successfully perform a manual logon, but still cannot transact. Please give our technical helpdesk a call on 1800 433 876.
The printer isn’t working?
Check the paper rolls have been put in the right way up. Make sure the printer cover is closed.
