What we need from you:

Along with the signed and completed application forms, Smartpay will require two simple pieces of additional information to link your EFTPOS terminal to your nominated bank account:

Copy of all directors or signatories ID, please provide ONE of the following items:

  • Driver’s licence
  • Passport

Please supply any ONE of the following items so that we can link the EFTPOS Terminal to your bank account

  • Bank Statement
  • Void Cheque
  • Deposit Slip
If you require MOTO or the ability to take payments over the phone then we will require 6 consecutive months worth of bank statements.
