Settlement delay – 21 November 2018
Due to an unforeseen technical issue early this morning, settlement of Merchant funds has been delayed.
Instead of merchants receiving their funds between 11:00am and 12:00pm ADT, they will now receive their funds between 2:00pm and 3:00pm ADT – today.
We know this must be frustrating for our merchants and appreciate your understanding.
