How to Connect to or Change Wi-Fi, including 4G Modem and Mobile Hotspot

You can connect to the internet via the provided 4G Modem or your business’ Wi-Fi. You can even use mobile hotspot. To change your terminal’s connection, follow the steps below.

If the terminal is not currently using Wi-Fi:

> MENU
> 7. MISCELLANEOUS
> 7. COMMS SETTINGS
> 6. CHANGE COMMS TYPE
> Select 1. WI-FI

Terminal will restart and prompt to connect to Wi-Fi.

To change Wi-Fi network (if currently connected to Wi-Fi):

> MENU
> 7. MISCELLANEOUS
> 7. COMMS SETTINGS
> 1. WIFI SETTINGS
> 1. ADD WIFI NETWORK/SCAN
Then once you have entered new Wi-Fi information, press:
> 2. EDIT WIFI NETWORK
Select your Wi-Fi network and press enter, then:
> 3. Connect

As a reminder, your 4G Modem is the “Comm1467 Network” and the above steps work for connecting to it. For the password, you need to call us at 1800 433 876. To connect to base ethernet instead, follow the steps here.
