Turning on EFTPOS Integration
Log into Zii POS with a clerk who has Supervisor permissions.
Next, select the three lines in the bottom left corner to bring out the side menu.
From the side menu, choose Settings.
Next, pick the three lines on the left-hand side to access the next side menu.
Scroll down the side menu and select Method from the payment section.
Ensure the EFTPOS row has EFTPOS selected in the Link Device.
If the linking device is not EFTPOS, click on the EFTPOS line and choose Modify on the right-hand side.
From the link device selection box, select EFTPOS then select Save and Yes to save.
Select the grey X in the top right corner, to close the EFTPOS payment method window.
Next, select the three lines on the left side of the screen for the side menu.
Scroll down the side menu and select Integration.
Select Modify to make changes.
From the link EFTPOS drop-down, select Smartpay (assuming it is a Smartpay integration you are wanting)
Select Save and Yes to save the changes.
Select the back arrow to return to the Sales Screen.
Press the three lines in the bottom left corner.
Click on Log Out
Select the COG in the top right corner
The pairing screen for Smartpay should now appear when clicking on the dropdown for EFTPOS.
Enter the pairing code and press Pair.
