What is Smartpay Hub?

Smartpay Hub is our customer portal where you can view and download your real-time and historical transactional and settlement data. 

Transaction search explained

The  transaction search allows you to view and download your transactions as they happen in real-time for all purchases, refunds, cash withdrawals, surcharges, tipping and reversals.

  1. To get to the transaction search click Transactions tab on the top menu. 
  2. From here you can filter your view by your locations, specific date and time periods, time zones and other advanced filtering like Terminal ID, Payment method.
  3. If you click on View Transaction Summary, this will show you your total sales and total refunds within your selected date range.
  4. By clicking on the View/Hide Columns button, you can filter your transactions display to include/exclude what you want to see. This filter is what will determine what gets included in your CSV export. 
  5. To export the data to a CSV click Export to CSV.

The summary on this page allows you to see what payment types, sales and refunds have been processed by your terminals for the time range selected. 

Please note the transaction search report will only allow you to view the last 60 days of your settlements. Should you need more data than this, then please call us on 1800 433 876.

Settlements Explained

The settlements feature allows you to view your daily settlements so that you know exactly what transactions are being paid into your bank account. 

This page will also show what transactions have been held back to be further investigated. This will explain why your total transactions may differ from the settlement amount that has been deposited into your bank account. 

  1. To view settlement information click on the Settlements tab on the top menu. 
  2. Similarly to the Transactions page, here you can filter your view by your locations, specific date periods.
  3. If you click on View Settlement Summary, this will show you your total sales and total refunds within your selected date range.
  4. To export the data to a CSV click Export to CSV.

What happens to the Hub if my business changes ownership?

We recommend you export any data you need for any reconciliation and accounting purposes as soon as possible, as once we process the change of ownership at our end your access will be revoked. We will arrange a new login to the Hub with the new business owner(s).
