Hub Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password to the Smartpay Hub or if you would like to reset your password, you can do this by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link after you’ve entered your email on the login screen. You will be sent an email with a unique link. 

This link is valid for 7 days. Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must include one of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a special character.

If you don’t reset your password within 7 days, you can resend the link by either following the steps above or by clicking the original link which will ask if you want to resend the link.
